The ERD dehumidifier is used to remove moisture from the compressed air generated by the screw compressor to the dew point of +3°C. These refrigerated compressed air dryers are manufactured at the Ekomak plant in Italy.
During operation, the ERD dehumidifier does not require replacement of filters and similar consumables. The Ekomak ERD compressed air dryer has a simple design and consists of a reciprocating compressor of a refrigeration type, various sensors, a freon heat exchanger and a dehumidification device. The only thing that needs to be done during the operation of the compressed air dryer ERD is to blow the radiator - to clean it from dust.
