CSW water-oil separators are designed to separate condensate coming from compressed air into water and oil.
Features of CDE-L
CSW water-oil separators consist of a plastic housing with several filtration stages, a receiving chamber for incoming condensate connected to the atmosphere, oil and water outlets. For CSW-DRUKOSEP separators, the filtration process includes three stages (preliminary, coalescent and carbon filters), behind which there is a safety chamber. CSW-DRUKOMAT and CSW-DRUKOMAT PLUS are equipped with a pre-separation chamber in which oil settles and accumulates on the liquid surface. In the upper part of the chamber there is an outlet for oil, which enters a canister equipped with an overflow protection system. After the chamber, there are preliminary and carbon filters. In addition, the CSW-DRUKOMAT PLUS series is equipped with a coalescing filter (depth filter), which is located in front of the coal filter, and significantly increases the service life of the latter, as well as increases the efficiency of the separator.
